Great service, easy to order, lens arrive quickly by post

My contacts were delivered very quickly but they are so thin. I have had 2 tear while I was wearing them. I understand if they tear while you’re cleaning them but when they are in your eye it does seem like they should rip in half.

The lenses were very easy to find and order. The order was despatched quickly and they are cheaper than my previous supplier. Would recommend!

Ordered lenses over 2 weeks ago and still not arrived, have had to source elsewhere as out of lenses. Received email confirming delay but no idea when order will be dispatched. Have been using another online company for years and lenses usually arrive following day. But this company was a tad cheaper so thought I would give them a try.
Big mistake and won't be using again

Very unhappy as I was meant to order the oasys ones and got this instead and it's just not the same.
It's drying, it stings!
This just hurts my eyes so much I gave up within the 1st hour putting it on. I removed it and went back to my glasses.
So irritating I will not purchase this again.

Outstanding service, the website was easy to navigate, fast delivery thoroughly recommend.

Positives - reasonable price and fast delivery
Negatives - the case design is poor and sometimes struggle to get lens out first time, or even breaking it.
At least a couple of the lenses in a multi pack are flipped inside out - why?

They keep a record of your prescription so it's so easy to reorder and the delivery is very quick. I've used Lenstore a number of times a fully recommend them.
